Helios EastWest Ltd. serves as the European platform of the Helios network — organising, structuring, and representing complex international projects within the London financial ecosystem.
The European arm of an international project network
Helios EastWest Ltd. is incorporated in England and Wales and operates from the City of London. The company functions as the European interface of Helios Energy & Mining Corp. (Wyoming, USA), bringing the network's project pipeline into contact with international financial institutions, institutional partners, and strategic stakeholders based in Europe.
We do not operate projects directly, nor do we provide or arrange project financing. Our role is one of organisation, preparation, and representation — ensuring that projects developed within the Helios network are presented and structured to the standards expected by sophisticated counterparties.

Project Organisation
We coordinate the various workstreams that underpin large-scale resource and infrastructure projects — from initial scoping through to the preparation of materials suitable for institutional review.
Structuring & Preparation
We work with our parent network and external advisors to develop project structures, prepare due diligence packages, and ensure projects are presented in a form that meets the expectations of banks and institutional partners.
Institutional Representation
As the London-based entity of the Helios network, we represent projects to European financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and international development organisations — providing a credible and accessible point of contact.
Government & Partner Relations
The Helios network maintains established relationships with ministries, regulatory bodies, and heads of department in the jurisdictions where it is active. Helios EastWest supports these relationships at the European level.
Sustainable Development
Responsible project development is not a secondary consideration. Community welfare, environmental standards, and long-term value creation for host populations are built into how the Helios network approaches every engagement.

Qualified institutional counterparties may request access to our secure project portal, which contains detailed project documentation, financial models, and due diligence materials for active engagements.

Helios EastWest Ltd. works exclusively with counterparties known to the Helios network or introduced through established institutional channels. Speculative or unsolicited enquiries fall outside our remit.
