2. Visiting this website
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information that your browser transmits, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page or file requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system (server log files).
We use this information only to deliver the website, to keep it secure and stable and to detect and investigate misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of our website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Log files are kept only for a limited period and are then deleted, unless longer retention is required to investigate a specific security incident.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not embed content from social networks. All fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is transmitted to font providers.

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the information you provide (for example your name, organisation, contact details and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. 4. Secure project portal
Our secure project portal is accessible only to authorised institutional counterparties with personal login credentials. When the portal is used, access is recorded in the server log files described above. Documents in the portal may contain personal data of our directors, shareholders and project participants; they are made available solely to authorised counterparties for the purpose of due diligence and know-your-customer checks in connection with prospective business relationships (Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) UK GDPR).
5. Recipients and service providers
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany, which processes data on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement. Germany is located in the European Economic Area, which the United Kingdom recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.
We do not sell personal data. We only disclose personal data to third parties where this is necessary for the purposes described above or where we are legally required to do so.
